Jacob Dooley

I am a 28-year-old self-taught artist from North Dakota, now based in Georgia. My work is inspired by nature, mythology, the human form, and the romanticism of memory. I often draw from my own interpretations of myth and personal experiences, exploring the way memories can soften, shift, and become almost dreamlike over time.

The human form is central to much of my work, where I explore sensuality alongside the tenderness of masculinity—allowing strength and vulnerability to exist together. Whether inspired by an ancient story, a fleeting memory, or simply something that captures my attention, I create as a way of turning those feelings into something intimate, beautiful, and lasting.
